Our caseloads are realistic - some of the lowest in the sector. We are a supportive team, and you can ask to speak with the team directly to hear their experiences - don’t take our word for it! We are interested in building relationships with highly skilled, passionate people who identify with our philosophy in progressive mental health, carer support, and disability.

We have permanent roles on a Full Time or Part-Time [0.8 EFT -4 day] basis for professionals with the following backgrounds:

  • Therapy - Social work, Psychology, Developmental Education

  • Case managers - Mental health, MACNI, Carer Services, complex community services

  • Specialist Support Coordination

  • Lived experience workforce
